Clients referred through CTC sponsoring organizations receive a discount for their first quarter. Please check the current list of sponsors. Many, but not all, programs and services are included in the cost of the client membership. All program and registration information is detailed on the website. Scholarships are available for clients who are not able to afford the fee.Note, also, that fees for many special program will be reduced.
