Why
we need you to Register on-line - and what we do with the data
The facilities at CTC are
provided to help clients with their job search. To make efficient use of
these facilities, and to provide the best possible service to our
clients, we need a variety of information about how clients use our
resources, and indications of their progress toward a successful career
transition.
This is how
you can help.
There are two
basic on-line forms:
The
Registration Form provides us
with basic "Contact" data - and provides a broad view of your
needs. You can update it whenever such vital items as a phone number,
e-mail address, or emergency contact changes.
The
Sign-in form helps us keep track
of how our resources, including computers, job coaches, etc., are being
used. This can provide early warning about capacity problems - and
helps us verify that you are making the best use of what we have to
offer. We ask you to use this
form every time you visit the Center.
Our Privacy Policy
controls everything we do with this data: We don’t provide any
information from our database to any outside business or agency. Client and donor records are used solely by CTC. |
