Experienced Leadership Committed to Serving our Clients.

Our work is made possible by an engaged board, a small committed staff, and a dedicated team of more than 40 volunteer career coaches, whose commitment of talent and time make the CTC experience positive and effective. Our volunteer career coaches meet with clients one-on-one, facilitate peer groups, conduct workshops, and assist in every phase of a client's self-directed job search including skills and talent assessment, development of marketing tools (resumes, letters, etc.), plans of action, company and industry research, job interviewing, compensation negotiations and networking.

 

 CTC Staff

  Anita Jenke  is the Executive Director. She was hired by the board of directors and started at CTC in January 2009. She is a former CTC client, volunteer career coach, and donor. Prior to CTC,  Anita was the first development director at The Women’s Treatment Center. She has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit management with a focus on fundraising and workforce development.

 

 Deb Wilson is the Director of Finance & Operations. She was hired in October 2010.  Deb has held leadership roles in corporate finance, strategic planning, IT systems design and implementation with Leading Financial Services Firms and Fortune 500 Corporations and most recently with nonprofit organizations in financial management and development. Prior to CTC, Deb was a First Vice President at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO in Treasury Management Services (currently Bank of America) and was a Principal with Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Consulting Practice.

 

 Blanche Roberts is the Program and Coaching Director. Her background includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Zehren*Friedman Associates, a management training and consulting firm that develops professionals’ communication skills. She has also had leadership and consulting roles in treasury management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen and  various management and sales roles with LaSalle/ABN AMRO (now Bank of America), First National Bank of Chicago (now Chase) and The Northern Trust. Blanche earned a BA at Dartmouth College and a MBA at DePaul University. Blanche has lived and worked abroad in Spain, Chile, and Brazil teaching Spanish and English.

 

 Tracy Patton is the Client Services Coordinator and is the first point of contact for CTC clients. She was hired September 2019 and is a former client. She has a an undergraduate degree in psychology and is working towards her master’s degree in counseling. She has a background in sales and marketing, as well as nonprofit work.
